What we collect

Your survey answers; basic anonymous usage events (survey started, step viewed, completed); and, only if you choose, your first name and email. If you create an account, your email and saved survey versions are linked to it.

How it's used

Answers are used to generate your destination matches. Aggregate, non-identifying trends (such as popular regions) help improve the experience. Health, accessibility, citizenship, and free-text answers are not used in marketing analytics.

Marketing

You'll only receive marketing emails if you separately tick the optional consent box. Requesting your report never subscribes you.

Your choices

Signed-in users can delete saved survey versions from the “My plans” page. Anyone can request deletion of their survey and email data on the contact page.
